Four positions, no verdict
Anthropic signed a $200M Pentagon contract, then refused "unrestricted use" mid-conflict and was blacklisted. OpenAI agreed with them in the morning and signed the deal in the afternoon. A federal court issued an injunction. All four positions on what that means — held equally.
The Nuclear-AI Loop
